I am a Motion Graphics Designer based in Toronto, Canada and eligible to work in both Canada and the Philippines.

Storytelling is in our blood.  From when our parents would read to us at bedtime, to our epic adventures around a reconstructed cardboard box to the dramas that define our lives.  The ability to tell a story well is powerful because of the instant connection made with another human being. I discovered this at film school, with a Bolex camera in hand for the first time.

I was a freelance videographer for my first two years out of college focusing on short content work, but something was missing. I discovered VFS Digital Design and saw the amazing 2D and 3D Motion Graphics coming out of their program. Equipped with a storytelling background, I needed to learn visual language and design to take my work to the next level.  If taking film was the defining decision in my life, then attending VFS Digital Design has been the most important decision.   I focused on motion graphics and quickly fell in love with it, particularly 3D and compositing. Motion Graphics quickly became the jelly to my film background’s peanut butter.

I found my place in elevating storytelling with visual language and design.  I want to continue to grow as a designer and storyteller and that means working with as many different people as possible, because of the unique perspectives and skills that each individual brings to the table.
